If there isn’t a better time to start making the most of all the amazing workouts online that you’re always scrolling past then I don’t know when is.
At-home workouts are the bomb for three reasons.
Firstly, they’re FREE!!! That’s right, all of the workouts mentioned in this post are absolutely free!
Secondly, you can literally roll out of your bed and into a workout! No more dark and cold commutes to the gym at 6am.
And last but not least, the third reason at-home workouts are amazing, you can go at your own speed. I for one am loving trying new workouts in my own time. If I need to rewind and make sure I am doing the move correctly I can. If I want to perform the same dance track six times in a row, I can!
Currently, trainers are churning out top-notch Instagram and YouTube workouts every day, and there’s a huge variety of content. Whether you want to work for five minutes or 45, whether you have a stacked home gym or nothing but a towel and a water bottle, there’s a workout for you.
So refill that water bottle and keep reading to learn about 20 of the best Instagram and YouTube workouts.
