The organised hustler is a place for students, entrepreneurs, bloggers and straight up hard-workers to find useful tips and resources to keep them from drowning in to-do lists and deadlines. I can’t forget to mention the people who are doing a bit of all of the above, this site was literally designed for people like you. I can vouch for this because I am most certainly in that last category. I’m the girl people refer to as ‘psycho’ because I am constantly trying to fit 40 hours into one day!
This site is growing into a collection of hustlers from all around the globe, where we can share our ambitions, celebrate our wins and share the secrets on how we are doing it.
Being ambitious and goal driven can sometimes become a little lonely especially if no one in your physical circle are doing similar things. Even when your surrounded by an amazing group of people doing awesome things, you don’t always feel comfortable sharing the struggles you are facing.
I started studying my CPA while working a full-time job and as supportive as my friends and family were they couldn’t really understand why I was getting up at 5.30am to study or why I couldn’t go out every Saturday night for a few champagnes. Mid way through my 3 years of study I came across a Facebook community where I was able to connect with other people studying CPA. This was amazing and extremely helpful for some of the struggles I was facing. The only downside was that a lot of people in the group weren’t really struggling with all of the same things I was. They weren’t twenty something year old girls trying to balance study, friendships, a dating life and work. They also didn’t seem to be colour coordinating their notes in different shades of pink like I always was. Weird no?
During 2018 I finally had a close friend I could share all the knowledge I had learnt over the past few years with. I was even able to share where I had found the best stationery from and where to get the most useful organisers. This part was really a relief for my boyfriend. If I tried to discuss the new range from Kikki K one more time with him I think he may have gone insane. Seeing how useful all my tips and suggestions were to her made me want to help more people. People who are feeling overwhelmed, lost and exhausted from all that hustling they’re doing.
Hustling to me could not be more of a positive word. It’s all about working hard, wanting it all and getting shit done!
I am going to keep this short and sweet because if you have made it on to this page you are most likely someone who has a long list of things to do and you should really getting cracking on it. If you would like to receive a cute little email (high chance it will be in a shade of pink) once a month to your inbox, filled with some great suggestions on basically how to keep your life together while you’re hustling then please subscribe. Us little hustlers need to stick together.
