When creating this website I found it difficult to find resources that I liked/could afford. When I would finally come across them I wouldn’t be able to find their name or website.
To save all my fellow hustlers the heartache and time wasting I experienced I thought I would create this handy little list of all different resources, items and whatever else I have purchased, used and trust.
Every item below I have purchased myself with my own money and am very happy with.

WEBSITE:
Hosting: Bluehost
I looked around and this was the best deal I could find. Plans start from $3.95 a month. This was appealing to me as there was a number of months of planning and learning how to work everything out before I went live. Not paying $30 a month like some hosting really allowed me to take my time and make sure I was happy with my site before launching.
WordPress template: 17th Avenue
I could not be happier with my theme from 17th Avenue Designs. I can’t even count how many hours I spent looking for the perfect WordPress theme. I was so particular with what I wanted and 17th Avenue Designs allowed me to choose a theme and then customise a lot of it myself.
The theme documentation and setup instructions are amazing and you can even get them to set it all up for you.
Being new to WordPress I found all of their tutorials and instructions on all things WordPress (not just theme setup) invaluable.

Photos: Shardey Olynyk Photography
Shardey is the most beautiful, hard-working soul around. I absolutely hate having my photo taken, especially of my face, yet Shardey managed to make me feel comfortable and made sure I got photos I was over the moon with.
I can not recommend her more.

BRANDING:
Logo: Blog Pixie
I have purchased a couple of branding packs from this site including my logo. I would buy her entire store if I could.
I received the logo the same day and could not fault her Vanessa’s service.
SOFTWARE:
Editing: Photoshop
Editing: Lightroom
Both of these programs had a decent learning curve involved. I had no idea what I was doing but with the help of youtube, I was able to get what I need from it. If you have the time to learn these programs I highly recommend them.
Design: Canva
This site is a life saver. Even someone with zero design experience can make beautiful marketing material. The best part is that you can use it for free.
